The Haven of Connecticut, LLC is filing a Certificate of Need application pursuant to Connecticut General Statute §19a-638 for the establishment of a new healthcare facility.  The application will request CON approval to establish a 34-bed detox and residential substance use disorder treatment facility located at 58 Maple Street, Naugatuck, CT.  The estimated capital expenditure is approximately $2,500,000.00.
