Chief Executive Officer
Kirill Vesselov is a nationally recognized leader in addiction treatment and healthcare operations. Since 2007, he has served as CEO of Haven Health Management, leading the expansion of a nationwide network of treatment centers that provide the full continuum of care—including medical detox, residential treatment, outpatient services, and high-acuity psychiatric programs. Under his leadership, Haven Health Management now serves more than 10,000 patients annually and employs over 1,200 professionals across multiple states.
Vesselov began his work in the field by founding The Haven Detox in West Palm Beach, Florida—a facility that redefined detox treatment by combining clinical rigor with a patient-centered experience. The Haven brand has since expanded to Arizona, Arkansas, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and soon, Puerto Rico. In recent years, Haven Health Management has introduced advanced psychiatric programs to better support individuals with complex, co-occurring mental health disorders.
In Indiana, Vesselov co-developed the Indiana Center for Recovery, which now operates 10 locations statewide. The center delivers comprehensive services across the full continuum of care, including inpatient and outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health conditions. It also features a dedicated adolescent program for teens with dual-diagnosis needs.
He acquired The Recovery Team, a behavioral health provider based in South Florida, and led its expansion into New Jersey, Arkansas, and Massachusetts, continuing its mission to deliver accessible, high-quality treatment.
Outside of behavioral healthcare, Vesselov led the development of United Clinical Laboratory, a 10,000-square-foot diagnostics facility launched in 2015 to deliver fast, reliable lab testing that supports accurate diagnoses and better treatment decisions. Vesselov also contributed to the growth of United Dialysis, expanding access to kidney care through a Florida-based provider focused on comfort, clinical efficiency, and personalized treatment.
Facilities under Vesselov’s leadership have been recognized among Newsweek’s “Best Treatment Centers in America,” and he received the Catholic Church’s “Prodigal Son” award for his contributions to helping individuals rebuild their lives.
Through strategic leadership and a commitment to care quality, Kirill Vesselov continues to shape the future of addiction and mental health treatment—expanding access, raising clinical standards, and improving outcomes for individuals and communities.
